Award for Sovereign Hills concept
Tuesday, September 25th, 2007Sovereign Hills, a master-planned community at Port Macquarie, received the Concept Design Award at the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s NSW Awards for Excellence 2007. The Lewis Land Group is the developer of Sovereign Hills, set on 350 hectares at the junction of Oxley and Pacific Highways and will be developed to include dwellings, a business and technology park and a town centre.
